Hey everyone, quick confession: I know this channel is usually all about bots, but today I wanted to share something a bit different.
If you’re into running, you’ll probably relate to this.
I’ve never really been a runner. I didn’t like it at all.
Then @hinbyebye forced me to do a 5k. I ran it on June 17th, felt pretty good, but honestly? Still didn’t like running.
But then I thought, if I can do 5k, what’s next? Can’t do 10k?
Four days later, I did 10k.
Then I was like, okay, that’s it. I definitely can’t do a half marathon.
Next week, I ran 17k. Slow, sure, but I felt good.
I got connected with a group of runners from Gurugram who head to Tau Devi Lal Stadium regularly. On July 19th, I joined them and ran my first half marathon.
Finished in 3:05:44.
Slow? Yeah. Hard? Definitely.
Then I had a race in Dwarka on September 13th. I trained for it and finished 21k in 2:21:22.
Yesterday, I ran the FIT Gurugram Half Marathon.
My target was between 2:05 and 2:10. That was my stretch goal.
Guess what my final time was?
1:55:39.
It still feels unreal. How did I pull that off? I still can’t quite believe it.
The reason I’m sharing this is simple: stay active. Move your body. Whether it’s running, walking, cycling, or badminton.
Anything counts.

Over the last few months, walking has become one of the best habits I've built. It has helped me stay more active, disciplined, and healthier. I thought it would be fun if we did it together.
After trying a few apps, I found Pacer to be the best for community step challenges. That's the only reason I'm using it.
Since July starts tomorrow, I think it's the perfect time to begin.
I've created a 10,000 Daily Steps Challenge on Pacer.
The goal is simple:
• Complete at least 10,000 steps every day.
• No competition.
• No pressure to be #1.
• Just stay consistent and do your best.
We'll also have a discussion group where you can:
• Share your daily progress.
• Stay accountable.
• Ask fitness or walking-related questions.
• Motivate each other throughout the month.
If July goes well, we'll continue the challenge in August too.
